When Will My Order Ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. During busy times like sales events or the holidays, orders may take 5–7 business days to ship. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend choosing express shipping at checkout for peace of mind.

All orders ship from Dallas, Texas, and once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Missing or Stolen Packages

If your package appears delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but can’t be found, we recommend first reaching out to the shipping carrier for assistance. If you still need help, please email us at hello@mmakekids.com with your order number and tracking information - we’re always happy to help.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all parts included.


Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@mmakekids.com to request a return. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.


What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or details, and we’ll make it right.


Are any items non-returnable?

Yes. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Timing may vary by bank or payment provider.

 

Will all drawings wash off completely?

Most drawings clean off easily with water. However, heavy paint or artwork left on the blocks for an extended time may take extra rinsing and could leave slight residue. Using a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the surface can help remove any remaining residue.
