We want you to feel good about every MMAKE purchase. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
A few things to know:
Unfortunately we don't offer free return labels so you will be responsible for the cost of return
Original shipping fee is non-refundable
If you choose to return your order using your own shipping method, we’ll provide the return address by email. In that case, you’ll be responsible for tracking, insurance, and any lost packages
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Returned in original packaging with all parts included
To start a return, please email us at hello@mmakekids.com. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@mmakekids.com with a brief description and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
All sale items will be clearly marked, and reminders will be displayed during promotional periods
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is complete. Please note that the timing for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
